pole-fitness. x

Hi all, thought I would start a pole-fitness blog for all you that are wondering if u should join a class or not!!

I started doing pole-fitness about 3months ago and I was terrified when I 1st went along especially as I was going alone... but I had nothing to worry about, everyone was really friendly and there was people of all shapes and sizes, it wasn't all skinny minnys like I thought it would be, lol...

At my 1st class I could barely swing my self around the pole to do an "ankle hook"  and the "fireman" lol. But within the space of 3 months I have noticed that I have alot more strength and I can also do moves on the pole that I thought I could never do and know I can do them with ease. 

I will post every week after I have been to my pole-fit class apart from the next 4 weeks, I will be posting after using my Home pole as class is off for holidays. Always remember 2 stretch before you start using the pole or you could really hurt yourself!!
